As you enter the property via a porch you will find a washing machine/dryer and space to hang your coats.

A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and a fridge freezer.

Downstairs there is a large open plan living area with sofa, chairs and a 55″ smart TV with Netflix capability, Freeview and a DVD player. A large dining table with seats for 8 is located at the other end of the room.

Located off the downstairs lounger is a Twin room with downstairs toilet.

Upstairs, there is the master bedroom opening out onto a balcony with sea/beach views of Holywell bay. The room comes equipped with a TV, king bed and ensuite with shower.

There is a second double bedroom with patio doors on to the balcony with sea/beach views. The room comes equipped with TV and double bed. 

There is a third bedroom upstairs which contains 2 single beds

The family bathroom has a  bath with overhead shower.

For extra comfort off season, electric blankets are on all double beds. Linen is included along with heating through-out. All houses are carpeted and fully double glazed.

The lounge patio doors open onto a fully enclosed private garden equipped with outdoor dinning and seating. There is parking available for 2 cars.

Superfast broadband is inlcuded in the cottage.
